Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Greenup County Volleyball uses information in this volleyball team website.

Site operation

This website is independently operated and is not an official website of, sponsored by, or operated by the Greenup County School District. References to Greenup County Volleyball are used to identify the volleyball program the site supports.

Purpose of the site

The site supports team administration, public schedules and rosters, player and contact records, website access requests, invitation-based accounts, and member access to volleyball video listings.

Information used by the site

The site may use account names and email addresses, player names and roster/team information, player contact information when supplied, parent/guardian/contact names and contact information, relationships between players and contacts, access-request information, invitation/account information, and basic technical/session information needed to operate authenticated areas.

Public information

Some information is intentionally public, including selected roster and schedule information. Public roster pages are intended to show team-facing details such as player display names, jersey numbers, grades, positions, seasons, and teams, not every field stored for a player.

Website access requests

Information submitted through the website access request form is reviewed by team administrators and may be used to create or update player, contact, relationship, roster, and account-related records as appropriate.

Accounts and invitations

Registration is invitation-based. Account and invitation information is used to create accounts, manage access, and provide authenticated parts of the site such as the dashboard, settings, member schedule views, and video listings.

Member video access

Video listings are available to authenticated members. The site stores YouTube video IDs and shows external links to watch videos on YouTube; it does not embed YouTube videos on the site.

Sessions and security

The site uses essential session and security technologies to keep users signed in, protect forms and account activity, and operate authenticated areas. Basic technical information such as IP address and browser information may be associated with sessions.

Third-party links and resources

The site may link to or load limited resources from third-party services, such as external YouTube links for videos and externally hosted font resources. Those services are separate from this site.

Retention and updates

Information may be retained as reasonably needed for team administration, account management, records, and operation of the site. To ask questions, request a correction, or request removal of information where appropriate, contact a team or organization administrator.
